To Add the Mailbox:

Step 1: Unlock your iPhone >Open Settings

Scroll down to “Apps” > Click on “Mail”

Step 2: Click on “Mail Accounts”

Step 3: Choose Outlook- From the list of account types, tap Outlook.com.

Step 4: Sign In – Enter your full Outlook email address

Tap Next.

Enter your password.

If prompted, complete two-factor authentication.

Step 5: Access Your Outlook Mail

Mail App: Open the built-in Mail app. Your Outlook inbox will now appear as a mailbox.

To Add the Calendar –

Open the Calendar app. Your Outlook events and appointments will sync automatically.

Step 1: Scroll down to “Apps” > Click on “Calendar”

Step 2: Click on “Calendar Accounts”

Step 3: Choose Outlook- From the list of account types, tap Outlook.com.

Step 4: Sign In – Enter your full Outlook email address
